West Coast Tour Dates Announced For This Fall
10 July 2017 (Toronto, ON) — Today, Feist announces a series of west coast tour dates for the fall in support of her latest album Pleasure, released in April via Interscope Records / Universal Music Canada, the country’s leading music company.
These dates are added as a continuation of Feist’s current international tour which included an intimate album release party at Trinity St. Paul Church in Toronto.  The pre-sale launches tomorrow and general public tickets this Friday (July 14).  See below for the full itinerary, tickets can be purchased on Feist’s website.
Tomorrow at 6:00pm ET Feist unveils the music video for her single “Century” via broadcast premiere on Much’s “Brand New Sh*t” channel.  Directed by Scott Cudmore (Dilly Dally, Timber Timbre, Belle and Sebastian, Spoon), the video will be available on YouTube/Vevo the following day.
Pleasure is Feist’s fourth full-length album and builds off the warm naturalism of the Polaris Prize-winning Metals and emerges as her most formally defiant and expansive work so far. While each album is a departure from the next, Pleasure finds the ten-time JUNO Award winner again showing the extraordinary depth of her artistry. In 2004 Feist made her U.S. debut with Let It Die, featuring “Mushaboom” – which won the JUNO Award for Best Alternative Rock Album, and garnered major critical acclaim. Her 2007 follow-up The Reminder debuted in the Top 20 in the U.S. and was hailed by The Village Voice as a “great batch of simple, precisely arranged love songs — expertly produced, delectably sung.” The single “1234” boosted the album’s sales to more than a million units internationally. Also including lead single “My Moon My Man,” The Reminder won Feist the 2007 Shortlist Music Prize (making her only the second woman to ever win the award). After a several-year hiatus — during which she co-created “Look At What The Light Did Now”, a documentary about the making of The Reminder and her subsequent tour — Feist returned with Metals in 2011. Metals was her highest charting album, debuting at #9 on Billboard. It was named Album of the Year by the New York Times and won the Polaris Prize and four more JUNO Awards. To date, Feist’s music has sold over three million units worldwide and amassed more than 500 million streams.
